Comex Gold is slightly down in early U.S. trading on Wednesday morning, Gold last traded at $1,197.60 Silver last traded at $16.66 Platinum last traded at $1,227.00.
U.S. economic data released by the Labor Department today shows First time jobless claims up by 21,000 to 313,000, early predictions expected the numbers to drop to around 280,000 to 295,000 and traders see this as bullish news and will help gold stay in the $1,200 range over the next few weeks.
